Choose the payment method that suits you



Pay Online

Secure payment using your credit card – Mastercard or Visa.

You will need your union number and customer reference number. These can be found on the front page of your account.

The payment is secured by the Commonwealth Bank and you are issued with a receipt number immediately. An OK card is printed and posted the following working day.

By Phone

Call your local Branch office and ask for Membership Staff. Have your credit card ready – Mastercard or Visa. They will issue you with a receipt number and your OK card will be sent out the same day.

By Bpay

Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your cheque, savings or credit account. When making a payment, you will need to enter the Union’s Biller Code and your customer reference number (found on your account). More info from Bpay

Pay by Direct Bank Debit 

Arrange to pay your union dues monthly or fortnightly by debit from your bank account or credit card.  Download the Direct Debit Request Form for your Branch, Print It, Fill it out and Post it to your Branch.



Pay a Job Delegate

If there is a CFMEU delegate on your jobsite, they can help you with your payment.


Pay in Person

You can always come in to your local Branch office and pay your dues. Pay by cheque, cash, credit card, money order, or EFTPOS and you will be issued with your OK card immediately.



Bring your debit or credit card in to your local Branch office to pay by EFTPOS.


Pay by Post

Complete the payment slip on your account and return it together with cheque, money order or credit card details  (Mastercard or Visa) to your Branch address, as on your account. Make cheques payable to the CFMEU Branch of which you are a member.
